In the interest of good hygiene, it is preferable that clients attend appointments clean. Farm chemicals or excessive sweat and dust may inhibit the effectiveness of treatment.

Change pricing. Reasonable notice for current clients will always be given.

Refuse treatment or cancel treatment without refund to clients who are offensive or use inappropriate suggestions.

Reschedule an appointment if a client arrives more than 20 minutes late.
